Construction company "Sun Estate Georgia" was founded in 2020, the company has united a team of professionals with extensive experience, who have implemented many successful projects separately, including – (Panorama Vera, Nutsubidze, Panaskerteli and many others)
The goal of Sun Estate is to introduce a premium class – high-quality style in construction and compete with any top class company.

At this stage, the construction of three facilities is underway, these are:

The goal of "Sun Estate" was to build a high-quality hotel-type residential complex in Ureki and satisfy the customer with respect to the quality.

2. "Sun Estate Shekvetili" is a project with distinctive views, located between the sea and the pine forest. Construction has started and the project will be completed on June 1, 2026. Quality and integrity are our business card!

3. "Sun Estate Napetvrebi" is located 7 km from Tbilisi, (Napetvrebi 2). Those who wish to live near the city, in their home, in a healthy environment and/or have a permanent premium class cottage.
